thanks for visiting and for your kind comments!  And yes, stress relief/release has so many benefits on so mnay levels.  Too bad some of us don&#039;t really make the effort unless there&#039;s a very targeted thing that we want to achieve...  But then again, whatever it takes.  If the promise of weight loss gets people to meditate and de-stress, that works for me!

I agree that stress is definitely a factor in weight gains, so using a method of relaxation and releasing stress is always helpful even if your goal isn&#039;t to lose weight, you can be much more focused by simply removing stress.
