		<description>Congratulations on sticking with fruit!  That&#039;s great.  Certainly a whole lot healthier than artificially sweetened candy.  Though there are fabulous antioxidants in chocolate (and coffee) which made me decide to classify those as health foods ;-)

I myself have to be very careful with fruit...  I have found that some fruit actually can trigger that addictive pattern for me.  Grapes for example.  So mostly I stick to berries and apples, which for some reason seem okay.  Pears too, and citrus.  Other fruits only when I can get them in small doses... i.e., potlucks, receptions, samples at stores, etc.  tricky...</description>
