How To Use Kaizen To Grow Your Business

kaizen to grow your businessKaizen is the Japanese practice of making small, incremental improvements continually rather than drastic, sudden changes. It makes improvements easier and stress free. So you to use Kaizen to grow your business?

As long as you focus on making your improvements step by step, Kaizen can be used to boost productivity, raise profits, improve staff morale, streamline processes and create many other benefits when used in business. It doesn’t matter if it’s a multinational corporation or just an individual at home trying to build an online business. Kaizen will help you.

The key to succeeding with Kaizen is awareness. You need to know exactly what you’re doing and where you want to go. Once you have that all written down and mapped out, you will need to think where you can make improvements to better your performance.

It doesn’t have to be life-changing improvements. Small ones work just fine and Kaizen is all about small changes over time. For example, if you’re an online entrepreneur, you may notice that a huge chunk of your time is eaten up by social media.

At times like these, you may wish to cut down on your social media time so that you can put the time to more productive use. It may seem difficult at first, if you’re in the habit of spending hours on Tinder, Facebook, etc.

So, cut down the time by manageable amounts till the habit is broken. Use the time saved to do activities that will improve your business. Focus on what increases your bottom line.

If you’re a small income business owner and you receive complaints often, you should analyze what is going wrong. Is there a problem with the service? Or is it the product?

If your business is not making enough money, is the pricing wrong? Do enough people know about your product or service? Do you need to advertise?
All these questions need to be asked… because the answers are what will need improvement. If you never ask any questions about improving, things will stay stagnant and probably end up deteriorating.

Kaizen requires you to stay alert and always have an open mind. If you have staff, always ask them for feedback and suggestions about what can be improved. How can you cut costs? Are there procedures that can be streamlined?

You’ll be amazed at the amount of redundant and repetitive work that takes place in companies. Workers are just going through the motions because they have no pride in their jobs. They feel like the company doesn’t care about their opinions or ideas.

Most Japanese companies have an open door policy where even the low level employees can make suggestions to the top management. This is very effective because only the people on the ground know what’s best for what they’re doing.
Kaizen is all about looking at what is not working ideally and improving it.

Like the saying goes, ‘Make your good into better and your better into best.’
By giving your staff the chance to be heard, they will feel valued and more motivated. This will lead to higher productivity, lower costs and increased profits. Everyone will benefit.

You may be amazed to see that some of the staff’s suggestions may save you thousands of dollars in operating costs. Make Kaizen a part of your business. You have everything to gain and nothing to lose by adopting Kaizen as a company philosophy.

How to Allow Abundance

Do you ever wish you knew how to attract money? How to make your projects work out the way you were hoping for? Here’s the key… You need to know… How to Allow Abundance.

Well, my cyber friend Wendy Betterini is a major expert on the subject. She’s written several books about it, among other things, but right now, she has outdone herself…

She has created a course on how to attract money, or rather, How to ALLOW ABUNDANCE.

You see, attracting it is one thing. We’ve learned from the Secret how to attract. We know about the law of attraction, and some of us may think it doesn’t work because – where IS everything I’ve been trying to attract?

How to Allow Abundance: Wendy’s Course

Well, Wendy provides a lot of answers in her course, How to Allow Abundance. Turns out there is more to the law of attraction than deciding what you want. It took me quite a while (and a lot of reading Wendy’s materials, plus those by Abraham/Hicks, and Michael Losier, and lately Tara Springett, and I’m now understanding it.

Still, understanding and actually doing aren’t the same thing. Click here to read more!

Visualize Prosperity — and Take Inspired Action Too = Fast Results

Visualize prosperity and take inspired action — and you’ll see results.

My self help blog is coming back to the prosperity angle for a bit… After all, cash flow is a crucial ingredient in this society. And reading the paper can put a serious crimp in your style.

So I’m going to do a few things:

1) Put the focus back on prosperity, the law of attraction, and stress management, individually and in combination.

2) Put together a teleseminar (or two or three) where I’ll provide some great tips and information on how to do that — quite possibly with some cool surprise guests.

3) Take lots of inspired action. You’ll be reading about some of itright here or in my newsletter. If you’re not subscribed yet, what are you waiting for?

Go here and get your FREE ebook and subscription:

http://www.FreeStressTipsReport.com

4) I just got a really cool ebook on how to make $100 a day online. 20 different ways of doing that. And it’s all by highly respected veteran internet marketing gurus. Cool stuff. But the best part is that I can turn around and sell the ebook myself and share the info as well as the wealth (check it out right here):

http://www.make-money-online-step-by-step.com

And the best thing: if you get it, you too will have your own ready-made product you can sell instantly and earn 100% of your investment back with the very first sale…

The info on how to do that is right there on the download page you’ll receive either through PayPal or in your email after the purchase.

Is the book good? Yeah! Very.

I bet there are several ways in there that you could start right away. I’ve used several of them myself.

So let’s get prosperous no matter what the economy seems to say. All it takes is some inspired action.

P.S.: You don’t HAVE to take the action I suggest — there’s lots of other stuff you can do.

BTW, if you prefer to save money rather than bring in more, I’ve got something for you as well:

P.P.S.: My teleseminar on Stress, Prosperity, and the Law of Attraction: This Thursday at 9 p.m. EST (or 6 p.m. Pacific time). Details coming up!

Stress Tips Continued… Focus on what you DO want

As far as stress tips go, this one is key:

Focus on what you DO want!

When we get stressed, we can easily get so wrapped up in our stressful situation that it’s hard to see beyond it. That’s a recipe for staying stuck and even making things worse.

Whatever we focus on, we get more of. Have you ever noticed that?

Now, you may say for example, well, you focus on wanting money, but where is it?

Well… when you focus on wanting more money from the perspective of not having enough of it, guess where your focus REALLY lies.

And speaking of affirmations, especially prosperity affirmations…

I remember that once, on my quest for finding good affirmations for prosperity, I came across the advice to repeat the following affirmation:

“I am a debt-free Millionaire”

Uhm… I was very far away from debt-free OR a millionaire, and both I and my subconscious knew it. So where was my focus really when I said that? On lack!

Not good. In fact, that sort of thing will only increase your stress and other negative emotions, and probably add despair to the equation.

So what can we do to get around that? Abraham and Abraham-Hicks have some great advice on that, and I’ll introduce you to another amazing resource I’ve been finding very helpful lately in the next few days 😉

The key of their teachings is this:

Focus on what you DO want. But phrase it in a way that doesn’t trigger contradiction.

So instead of saying, “I have a million dollars in the bank” when you don’t, why not say the following:

“I’d love to have a million dollars in the bank.”

or:

“The idea of having a million dollars in the bank feels really good.”

Doesn’t that make sense?

Ditto for any other issue you might be facing.

And if you’d like some support on your quest for a less stressful life, check out my the next post for a special offer 😉 or go to my Coaching page.

And have a fabulous day!

Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo: Buddhist Chanting for Manifestation?

Chanting for manifestation? I read about it in Tina Turner’s autobiography quite a few years back and was intrigued. But I didn’t really follow up. Part of me didn’t really believe it. That was years before I discovered Abraham.

Last Saturday, I had an experience that made me a believer (or at least a tentative believer):

A few friends from Unity got together to work on manifesting money and other things they wanted in their lives. Of course, I’m interested in that as well, as you know from previous blog entries, especially for my New Zealand trip (see below) (and also for the bills etc.).

The meeting included a chanting session, led by Gino, a Buddhist (don’t know what descriptive noun to use — I’m not sure he’s a monk, and “expert chanter” definitely doesn’t sound quite right).

In any case, he explained the meaning of everything, the chant as well as the altar we sat in front of and how it would work, and proceeded to lead us in our chanting Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo for about 30 minutes. It was an extremely powerful experience.

Before I left for the meeting, I had frantically tried to list some stuff on Ebay but wasn’t able to because my camera’s battery was dead and I had to wait until it charged.

I had also set up a listing in a forum where people sell each other their products and services, but wasn’t holding my breath. The response to my previous efforts there had been underwhelming to put it politely. I didn’t even make my listing fee back.

Yet when I returned home after the chanting and checked my email and discovered that I had received THREE orders on the forum, two of them quite substantial! The results from that evening totalled more than 40 times more than what I had received in the entire time before.

I had done a better job with the marketing aspect, but still, the timing was really uncanny. (and no orders since either! I will have to chant some more).

I was definitely impressed. Gino had told us to expect results, but so quickly, and so clearly? I’ll be chanting regularly now. I think I can do it in place of some of my meditation sessions…

You may want to try it too. Just be sure you get the most important part right, which is to think of what you want to happen while you chant Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo.

Will it work if you chant something else? I really don’t know. My opinion? Why mess with success?

The rest of the evening included treasure map making (depicting the things we wanted to manifest in our lives, and very yummy food!

And now, if you’ll excuse me, I need to do my chanting for tonight!

P.S.: Maybe I should add a chapter about chanting in my stress-relief ebook
